Account use

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private and use the service only for lawful purposes. Accounts may be restricted when misuse or suspicious activity is identified.

Adding money

Your wallet is updated after a supported payment is confirmed. Timing can vary depending on the bank, payment method or network.

Digital service payments

Airtime, data and bill availability can change. If a service payment result is not immediately clear, it may remain under review until the final result is known.

Failed payments and returns

Where a failed service payment qualifies for a wallet return, your Ostelnet wallet may be credited after the failure is confirmed. Other refund requests may require support review.

Acceptable use

Ostelnet VTU must not be used for fraud, unauthorised payments, abuse or other unlawful activity.
